C++ Application Developer

Cistel Technology Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Software
Developer


Location: Ottawa, Ontario

Mandatory Requirements:

· Excellent understanding of SIP and VoIP technology
· Excellent understanding of Java and C++ required
· Good technical understanding of Linux and Windows platforms
· Strong understanding of traditional telephony
· Computer Science, or similar, Bachelors degree or higher
· Extensive software development experience in various programming
languages and on various platforms
· Strong design and refactoring skills; excellent software
architecture conceptualization skills
· Strong English communications skills, both written and spoken
· Extensive experience at interpreting and developing software
requiSrements specifications
· Highly adaptable to rapidly changing environments and deliverables]
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, extend, and maintain new and existing features of a
complete business communications system
· Active participant in development of new and novel communications
technology
· Working with product management and systems engineering to define
and develop new features and functionality
